Who we are

Inaugurated on February 24, 1997, the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de Laval (CJEL) is a non-profit organization that works to prevent young adults from being excluded from the labour market. Partnering with Laval community-based resources, it offers a range of services, including reception and referral, guidance counselling, employment and business start-up support, as well as youth-oriented projects. All services are free for Laval residents between the ages of 16 and 35.
